RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You may have the product replaced within 30 days of receipt by emailing

highfrequenctea@gmail.com or by contacting @highfrequenctea customer support on

Instagram to see if you qualify for a refund. High Frequenctea will NOT cover the cost to ship

the damaged or defective product back to us. High Frequenctea will cover the cost to ship the

replacement product to you.

My return item package was lost/stolen. What do I do?

High Frequenctea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages containing returns. We highly

recommend that you use proper insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation methods when

How long does it take to process returns, exchanges and/or refunds?

Most returns and exchanges are processed within seven to 10 days from the time High

Frequenctea receives the item being returned.

POLICY RESTRICTIONS

Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and refunds will be issued

only for the unused portion of the product returned.

We are not able to honor requests for product exchanges and we cannot issue store credits.

We do not accept returns on products that have been used. Refunds will only be issued for

product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in.

We do not accept returns of opened products. The tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken

in order to qualify for a refund.

High Frequenctea will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods shipped again to a

different destination beyond the original shipping address provided on the order.

Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able

to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

We do not offer exchanges.
